Apricot Nectar

Apricot nectar, typically referred to as apricot juice, is the juice obtained from apricots. Typically this juice is then mixed with water and sometimes sugar. Apricot nectar is usually a little thicker in consistency than apricot juice, and may have a sweeter taste.

Allergy Alert:

If a person has an allergy to apricots, apricot nectar will also provoke an allergic reaction. In the event of an allergic reaction after consuming apricot nectar, contact your allergist. 

Ingredient Common Uses:

Apricot nectar can be consumed as a drink or used to make deserts as well as sweeten recipes.
