Bouillon Cube

A bouillon cube is dehydrated bouillon, shaped into a cube. It is typically made from dehydrated vegetables, meat stock, a small portion of fat, and salt and seasonings (Wikipedia, nd).

Common Uses:

One uses a bouillon cube, traditionally, by adding it to boiling water. After the bouillon cube has entirely dissolved into the water, you now have bouillon. From here, various soups can be made.
