Allergy Alert:

Since beet greens are a part of the beet, similar allergic reactions may occur if you already are allergic to the ingredient. In the event of an allergic reaction after consuming beet greens, contact your allergist.

Common Uses:

Beet greens are most commonly served boiled or steamed, in which case they have a taste and texture similar to spinach. They can be used as a garnish, served in soups, or mixed into dishes (Wikipedia, nd).
